NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
Orange Park Country Club Homeowner:
Please plan to join us for the Annual Meeting of the Orange Park Country Club Owners Association, Inc. planned for the following time and place:
Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 6:30 P.M.
Advent Lutheran Church
2156 Loch Rane Blvd.
Orange Park, Florida 32073
If you cannot attend, please sign and return the proxy and separately sealed ballot which will be mailed to you, to Marsh Landing Management in the pre-paid envelopes provided no later than Friday, the 30th of November, or you may fax it to Marsh Landing Management at (904) 273-0933. The proxy is used in conjunction with member attendance to establish quorum. Failure to establish a quorum means that the meeting cannot be held; however, a town hall meeting to announce election results will be held in its place.
The purpose of the meeting is to elect two Directors to the Board, review the 2013 Budget as approved by the Board of Directors, and other business that may come before the members at the meeting. We will have a door prize drawing for those who return proxies or attend the meeting.
We look forward to seeing you on the 4th of December. Please plan to arrive at 6:00 to facilitate signing in, so that the meeting can begin on time.
