Spend an afternoon with  Alice, who has over thirty years of cake decorating experience as she shows you the basics of this easy craft.  She will cover cake preparation, cake supports for multiple lavers, icing, borders, flower making and the various icing tips to use for different looks. There will be a hand out sheet with frosting recipes and helpful hints, including a chance to try your hand decorating a tiny cake. If you have any decorating bags or tubes just sitting on your shelf, bring them with you and learn how to use them.
