Randall Wilsey  is a design/ build landscape and lighting contractor . Randall has a strong background in design with florida plant materials  With water at a premium, learn how to make the most of your landscape with the selection of plant materials that require less water.
 
Mr. Wilsey has a degree from the University of Florida in Landscape Architecture and has worked exclusively in the North Florida area for over 25 years.  Some residents recognize Mr. Wilsey’s name for he has landscaped and provided landscape lighting for many homes in the OPCC Community.
