Library open to all OPCC and Loch Rane residents
COME CELEBRATE WITH US! We will be decorated and have a band in place. $150/couple includes a champagne toast, 2 drink tickets per person, entertainment, acessories, hats, wonderful party hors d'oeuvres, TV coverage of the ball dropping in NYC after which there will be a selection of breakfast sandwiches for you to choose from.
